Molly Pipak, Head Coach

Prior to becoming the head coach at Plano, Coach Pipak served as the varsity assistant, coached volleyball and taught PE at Clark High School. She now teaches PE and PE Foundations at Plano Senior High. Coach Pipak has played softball since she was 10. Playing for her club team, Texas Elite, she was able to travel all over the country to play and also to attend numerous college camps. She was a four year letterman and 1st team All District short stop her junior and senior year and All State short stop her senior year. She graduated from Hallsville High School where they played in the 4A state championship Molly's senior year. Molly led East Texas softball in stolen bases her junior and senior year. She was awarded a full scholarship to Oklahoma Christian University which she later transferred and graduated from Texas A & M-Commerce with a Bachelor of Science. Her major is Kinesiology and her minor is Communications. Her husband, Justin, is her varsity assistant and teaches Environmental Systems at Plano Senior. They have two sons, Easton and Nolan, who both love wearing maroon and supporting the Wildcats! In addition to their sons, they have two dogs, Daisy and Gracie. Coach Pipak would like to say “Thank you” to all her players and parents for making her feel so welcome and supporting her each year.
Justin Pipak, Assistant Coach
Stephen F. Austin
Coach (Pi)Pak graduated from Stephen F. Austin with a Bachelor of Science. He majored in Kinesiology with a minor in Special Education. Prior to becoming the varsity softball assistant he taught and coached basketball at Great Lakes Academy then coached football and basketball in Sulphur Springs for two years and most recently he coached football, basketball and track in Lewisville ISD for nine years and also taught PE there. Justin has played baseball since he was 4 and has umpired since he was 14. Coach Pak was a four year letterman at Hallsville High School which is where Justin met Molly. Justin and Molly have been married twelve years and he is looking forward to this new journey with her. Coach Pak is very proud to be a part of the Plano family, the traditions and excited for the upcoming season.
